As a Java Back-end Developer, you and your fellow team members are working on the integration of client platform with our customers’ systems. You will take on the expert role for anything related to back-end. The implementation may take around half a year, during which you will find yourself travelling to build relationships and liaise with developers on-site.
- Integrating the client platform into our customers’ systems
- Building code, run tests and coach a team of developers on the client and partner side
- Providing training to those who work with the platform, meet and exceed customer desires
- Experience working in enterprise projects and with the product organization
- Technologies: Java 8, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Rest APIs, microservices, design patterns and TDD
- Consultancy skills
- Willingness to learn, and to share your learning process with yours colleagues
- Fluency in English
- Travelling to clients offices up to 50 %
- In our day to day work we present a big amount of autonomy, working in a dynamic, agile environment, all of us decide over tasks and time that we work on project, but that often requires us to be in the limelight - answering technical questions from our clients, presenting options and steering them into a successful project delivery. Currently we have 16 people in the digital team working on 6 projects in Europe and 2 in North America. In such a small and diverse team everyone has an impact on the way our company looks through different initiatives - Dev Talks, team outings, agile tribe meetings, social initiatives.
