Main tasks on the position:
- Architecture design for complex IT systems
- Requirements analysis
- Work packages definition and estimation
- Leading development teams
- Key expert in software development area
Our requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in developing web applications using Java EE and related technologies (JSP, Servlets, Spring, Hibernate)
- Very good knowledge of Object Oriented Analysis techniques and best practices in IT systems design
- Skills in modeling of complex IT systems using UML notation
- Very good knowledge of multi-layer software architectures and distributed component architectures
- Experience in software development work packages estimation
- Experience in leading of development teams
- Experience in contacts with customers
- Very good English (spoken and written)
- Good German (spoken and written) – will be an asset
- Communication and team-work skills
