You will have an opportunity to:
- Implement out-of-the-box IT systems and develop software aligned to clients’ needs
- Appreciate tangible value contributed by you
- Take part in designing IT solutions and prepare appropriate documentation
- Practice Scrum, one of the Agile methodologies
- Implement and configure IT solutions using JEE architecture Key technologies are JEE (EJB, JPA, WS) and web technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, AJAX)

- Be a graduate in the field of IT or similar
- Appreciate high coding quality, eagerly give and receive code review, efficiently make use of help available
- Have at least two years’ work experience in developing Java EE systems
- Know English well and speak fluently Japanese
- Finish any task once it is open
- Thrive when working in a team and effectively communicate with business colleagues
- Be familiar with internet technologies and SQL language
- Be willing to travel to clients offices on a weekly basis
We appreciate it if you additionally:
- Speak another language especially Polish and German
- Have working experience in Oracle PL/SQL or MS T-SQL languages
- Are familiar with tools to document IT solutions projects, such as Enterprise Architect
- Show knowledge of issues such as Continous Integration, Code Quality and Automated Testing
