For our Client an international company we're lookinf for:
ITIL Coordinator/Manager/Expert will be responsible for process design and implementation, maintaining and managing process, ensuring process agreed quality (KPIs) and continual improvement (CSI), managing root causes investigations (RCA) and proactive problems analysis, defining corrective actions.
- Ability to speak English (B2+)
- Ability to speak German/French/Dutch (B1/B2+)
- Experience with ITIL / ITSM Processes
- Working knowledge of Incident/Problem/Change/Process/Configuration Management frameworks such as ITIL v3, TQM or ISO 9000:2000
- Experience in information systems design, implementation, or integration
- Working knowledge of system availability and effective IT operations
- Manages the process issues across international environment and external suppliers to meet the local SLAs
- Strong influencing and relationship management skills
- Excellent ability to manage multiple high priority efforts/ competing priorities and flexibility to adjust to changing requirements, schedules and priorities
