ITIL Manager/ Expert
Job Description
- Develop ITIL subject matter expertise and therefore maintain, improve, integrate, measure, and report on operational processes performance of the account being under his/her responsibility
- Heavily involved in process evolution, to develop and implement a continual service improvement cycle across all operational processes
- Acting as single point of contact for customer operational issues/concerns related to the account under his/her responsibility
- Manage/Drives periodical service reviews and scorecards with the respective stakeholders
- Re-engineer work flows and engagement models creating efficiencies and delivery standards
- Follow the company IT Service Management procedures and measurements to meet quality, satisfaction and other business objectives
- Provide effective mentoring and help to more junior colleagues which engages, motivates them and develops an excellence culture in ITIL process management
- Build professional relationships with key business partners and peers in Service Operations functions
Job Requirements
- University degree in IT Discipline or equivalent in years of progressive experience in IT environment.
- Minimum 2 years of IT operations/service management/delivery experience required
- Working knowledge of ITIL Service Management framework.
- Working knowledge of Incident/Problem/Change Management frameworks such as ITIL v3, TQM or ISO 9000:2000 (certification not required, but is a plus).
- Ability to speak English
- Ability to speak German/French/Dutch B2+
- Ability to communicate with multiple levels of an organization, including interaction with senior level business partners and with the customers.
- Ability to work in tight deadlines and the ability to maintain focus whilst under pressure
- Having a strong character, can do attitude and possess a quality driven and customer focused mindset
- Ability to identify problems and work to resolution (see things through) and motivate others to complete tasks on time
