IT Test Manager

For our Client, a company specialized in providing IT services for Scandinavian banking sector, we are looking for a committed person to join the interesting test project i Lodz.
Contract description:
The Test Manager will be responsible for executing and managing testing activities in the international project with the Polish team in Lodz.
Key goals are planning, monitoring and control of tests (mainly System and User Acceptance Test) of the Emergency Access (EA) processes including the CyberArk tool, ensuring a high standard output.
The Test Manager is also going to participate with the verification of the work instructions handbooks for the User Management team, tracking of the new requirements / change in requirements for the EA process, including organizing status meetings, follow up on the test results, and sending the status report to the Project Manager and the stakeholders. If necessary the Test Manager must be able to handle escalations due to slow progress in the testing.

Requirements:
- Minimum two years of experience in the field of QA engineering.
- Expert knowledge of of the Test Management System HP Quality Centre or the HP ALM Suite.
- Experience in QA in Agile (Agile Testing).
- Good written and verbal English skills is a must.
- Experience with tools like JIRA, HP UFT and Selenium.
- Ability to conduct internal training would be an advantage.
