IT Technical Expert in Sales

Target
The goal is to support, with expertise knowledge, the Account Manager (ACM) in developing certain business segment with the customer.
Main Activities
- Defines the project and product development strategy in coordination with the ACM
- Performs conceptual, high-quality discussions with the customer, questions the customer’s overall situation, generates new projects with the customer
- Using the ideal customer profile from the cluster for identifying potential customers in the sales area
- Relationship management and support of all persons (customer and vendor) responsible for the corresponding business segment
- Is responsible for the quote preparation and the pricing within her/his business segment
- Makes the contract conclusion / order completion
- Provides feedback from the market to the product management and other concerned departments
- Further development of a business segment with the customer
