JYSK Nordic is looking for an IT Operations employee
JYSK is currently expanding in many countries in Europe. One of the primary tasks of the IT department is to support this expansion with a stable IT infrastructure. To that end we are working full speed with daily operations, expansion of current countries and establishment of new countries. For ensuring our continued optimal support of the organization, we are looking for an IT supporter to our IT Store Operations Tech Team, working on spot in the JYSK head office in Gdańsk.
You will become part of a team of 5 people, working as part of the IT Store Operations department from the corporate head office in Brabrand.

Your primary responsibilities will be:
- To participate actively in the daily operations of the JYSK IT environment
To handle technical troubleshooting regarding our business applications.
To handle 2. Level support tasks and incidents from our service desk software
Supporting our 1. level support on general technical matters.

- Knowledge about Microsoft technologies like Windows 7, Office, Fileservers and Active Directory is a plus.
