IT Support Team Leader

Your Task
- Leading the team of IT support specialists (2nd line support)
- Participating in challenging IT projects
- Defining and managing hardware, software and security standards and policies
- Ensuring that all contractual SLAs are achieved whilst maintaining a high level of customer service
- Providing a management escalation point for incidents and service requests
- Identifying challenges and implement improvements
- Being responsible for IT equipment lifecycle process
Our Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a specialist in the area of IT support
- Good people management skills or previous experience in leading a team
- Very good knowledge of Windows operating systems on administrative level
- Good knowledge of networking and Microsoft services
- Knowledge of IT hardware, software and current new technologies
- Very good English and Polish language skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to act proactively and taking the initiative
- Knowledge of ITIL
