IT Support Specialist

Your Tasks
- Providing 2nd line support for an international customer
- Troubleshooting and resolving software issues; reimaging computers/hard drives
- Categorizing and prioritizing end user support and service requests
- Performing asset inventory activities
- Analyzing and solving IT issues related to hardware and Microsoft Windows Environment
- Liaising with users from different departments
Our Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of Polish and English languages
- Minimum 2 years of experience on similar position
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Knowledge of network, Domain, TCP/IP, MS Windows and Office
- Break/fix skills Desktops, Workstations, Notebooks and Printers
- Ability to work in a team
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Problem solving oriented with good communication skills
