The IT Support specialist -Help Desk is the first contact for customers seeking technical assistance . Responsibilities : - Assist phone customers by diagnosing problems and providing resolution to technical and service issues - Troubleshoot guest connections from both the hotel network side as well as the PC side -Maintain knowledge of new technologies - Devise creative and inovative approaches where established criteria do not currently exist - work in a team environmentWymagania
