Responsibilities
- Ensure that client workstations, client software servers, network, printers are functioning
- Ensure that reported IT incidents are registered with correct prioritization in ticketing system
- Ensure effective troubleshooting and solving of IT incidents
- Ensure tickets are escalated to 3rd parties when required and followed up
- Ensure a positive costumer experience, by keeping users informed about status and/or planned changes
- Ensure that vendor ticket SLA follow-up is performed
- Ensure that daily IT routines are followed
- Ensure that IT asset database and general documentation is kept updated
- Place hardware orders and IT service at suppliers
- Ensure that IT deployments and task are handled with high quality
- Expected travel frequency: 0-2 days pr. month
Requirements
- Finished IT secondary (technical) school or IT engineer studies or 2-3 years' work experience in a similar position
- English on communicative level both orally and written
- Ability to collaborate in a team
- Interpersonal/service minded
- Proactive with analytical skills
- High level understanding of the functioning of WAN/LAN/WIFI/VLANS/VPN
- Experience with Microsoft Active directory and Exchange administration
- Experience with network printers, installation and administration
- Experience with centralized tablet/phone installation and administration
- Experience with IT ticketing systems
- Basic ITIL understanding
- Basic understanding of scripting
- Microsoft Windows 7/10 (administration/installation)
- Thin Client installation/administration + Citrix administration

Wynagrodzenie: do 5600 zł brutto miesięcznie
