In our facility in Niepołomice we are desigining, manufacturing and testing gas / steam turbine and engine controllers and cabinets.
Join our IT Support team as an IT Support Analyst.
Providing effective and timely technical support for all information technology systems within Woodward, including:
- Configuring, installing and maintaining client hardware and software.
- Queue management, ticket management, and level loading activities for problem management system.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and effective problem resolution and follow-up.
- Maintaining and posting IT issues affecting multiple users on IT Service Request site.
- Contributing to and administering IT customer self-help knowledge base, department knowledge base, and IT documentation.
- Supporting local and global IT standardization and continuous process improvements efforts through daily activities and participation on IT Project teams.
- On-call after hours and weekend support may be required but is not essential for this role.
- Maintaining and configuring local systems including VOIP system.
- Maintaining telecommunication devices, local phones, cell phones.
- 3-5 years of experience in working with client hardware and software in a global environment is important; a BSc is an advantage.
- Advanced knowledge of hardware, software and client administration.
- Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft applications; certifications of Microsoft applications are preferred.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English are required
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively with little supervision; self-directed.
