Your role
Do you have a knack for technology? Are you at your best when supporting others? We're looking for someone like that to:
- enforce our CAFM (Computer Aided Facility Management) Support team
- be first contact for the users, communicate proactively and effectively by answering their questions and looking for possible solutions
- work together with the CAFM team but also other teams that will help you to deliver your solutions
- uphold high standards for timely issue resolution
- define workarounds for known errors and initiate process improvements
- maintain a knowledge database
Your team
You'll be working in the CAFM L2 team in Krakow or Wroclaw Business Solution Center with one of the leading Real Estate, Workplace and Facility Management related information systems, also known as IWMS (Integrated Workplace Management Systems). First 2-3 months may require staying in Zurich to take over knowledge transfer from the Team.
Your experience and skills
You have:
- A passion for information management and technologies:
- Good understanding of business data and process management in web-based environments;
- Understanding of tools for managing graphical data sources like GIS (ESRI) and CAD/BIM (AutoCAD, Revit) or experience with IWMS platforms;
- Experience in business analysis for other types of Enterprise Software Systems (ERP, BI reporting, Project Management, IT mgmt. tools);
- Affinity with technical aspects like databases (Oracle, MSSQL, Big Data), web services (SOAP, REST), interfaces (ETL, ESB), web development technologies (Ajax, JSON, JS frameworks, HTML5);
- Eagerness to address business, functional and technical challenges, solve them yourself or solicit the right person in the organization.
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
- An eagle-eye for the user needs combined with a professional communication and presentation.
- Expertise in the domains of Information Management, Facility Management, Engineering or Architecture and a certification in a project management methodology (PRINCE2, PMI, AGILE) will be an asset.
