Due to their continuing success and growth our Client, a well established global organisation, is looking to employ an IT Strategy Manager who will be working in Katowice or in Warsaw as well as across other EU sites.
It is a project management position with a strong focus on IT strategy & delivery - reporting directly into the CIO, responsible for IT strategy development and implementation, driving major change programs and strategic initiatives in a dynamically growing environment.
- You are part of the IT Strategy team of the group and report in this function directly to the CIO.
- Steering and monitoring major projects and strategic initiatives across different business lines will be one of your main activities.
- In addition to the development and operational implementation of the IT strategy within their group, the processing of reports on the management level and optimization of the control mechanisms are part of your daily work.
- Also, the operating and performance review and identification of potential improvements with a focus on the support of IT to our core business of analytical testing will be required
- Very good track record in the management and monitoring of strategic innovation-, optimization-, and growth programs. In the steering of complex programs, you have a confident manner, assertiveness and a high sense of responsibility.
- an experience of working in large global consultancy organisations is a great advantage
- You have experience in some or all of the following areas: IT, Strategy, Production, Finance (preparation of business plans, controlling), Reporting, Analytics, BI, process harmonization - including the relevant IT implementation.
- You are fluent in English. German or French skills are a plus.
