IT Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
Provide hardware and software end users support, working within the Support Service team with the local office
Managing escalated user queries from the Service Desk
Assisting users with hardware and software problems
Implementing, maintaining and managing the desktop computers, laptops, printers and other hardware
Understand the business and setup related to services offered in order to provide efficient support
Requirements:
Competency in call center tracking tools and service management tools for incidents and request
Knowledge and experience of Active Directory and Microsoft Office 365
Customer service orientation
Can prioritize tasks and work independently
Ability to solve incidents and problems and has a passion for providing excellent support and learning new services
Experience in similar role is an advantage
Good knowledge of English language
Strong PC skills
Certification in ITIL is an advantage
