IT Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hardware and software end users support, working within the Support Service team with the local office
- Managing escalated user queries from the Service Desk
- Assisting users with hardware and software problems
- Implementing, maintaining and managing the desktop computers, laptops, printers and other hardware
- Understand the business and setup related to services offered in order to provide efficient support
Requirements:
- Competency in call center tracking tools and service management tools for incidents and request
- Knowledge and experience of Active Directory and Microsoft Office 365
- Customer service orientation
- Can prioritize tasks and work independently
- Ability to solve incidents and problems and has a passion for providing excellent support and learning new services
- Experience in similar role is an advantage
- Good knowledge of English language
- Strong PC skills
- Certification in ITIL is an advantage
