Currently we are looking for candidate for position of:
- Installation and configuration of IT equipment hardware and software
- Performs upgrades, repairs, configuration, installation and maintenance of PC (laptops and workstations), servers, and other
- equipment
- updating subordinate systems, granting and withdrawing accesses and authorizations in the area of subordinate systems
- Liaise with IT Airbus Group to ensure alignment with the Group-level IT requirements, guidance, and related business goals
- Working closely with Group/ global IT Teams to solve basic technical incidents and problems and escalate when appropriate
- Placing orders for new IT equipment
- Device management (receipt, maintaining, inventory, preparation for liquidation, etc.)
- Assistance in questions related to software inquiry assistance, software or hardware failure identification
- Offer solutions to issues that are often non-standard/non-routine and require some clarification
- Responding to user questions (how do I?) on services and applications
- Delivering professional and prompt service to the employees
- A degree in Computer Science or other IT related field
- 3+ years of experience in a computer hardware environment
- IT infrastructure experience at network/server administrator level (Windows Server, Cisco devices, Firewalls)
- Good understanding of IT Hardware, maintenance skills
- Knowledge of SAP ERP- Minimum of 1 years SAP experience
- Experience in independent implementation of complex infrastructure elements and IT project management
- Experience with application support
- Moderate knowledge of software technologies and best practices
- Knowledge of LAN and WLAN network and the ability to configure active devices (TCP/IP, Routing, VPN)
- Ability to analyze logs (system, firewall, Wireshark)
- Knowledge of at least one monitoring software like: Cacti, Zabbix, PRTG etc.
- Knowledge of Alarm & CCTV systems will be an advantage
- Knowledge and interest in how to support a employees in the best way
- Strong ability to work effectively and prioritize in urgent work situations
- Advanced spoken and written English skills
- Ability to communicate technical issues in an easily understood manner
