IT Specialist
Location: Gliwice

Main tasks:
- handle standard and non-standard requests,
- cooperation with first line of support (ServiceDesk) and third line of support,
- analyse and remotely resolve simple and complex incidents,
- identify, diagnose and resolve problems together with other support teams,
- participate in projects,
- follow the implemented processes (ITIL),
- contribute to continuous improvement of daily work.
Requirements:
An IT Specialist has a thorough understanding of client related issues, but is also able to troubleshoot issues together with client development, network, datacentre or application teams.
- at least Bachelor degree (preferably in IT area),
- basic understanding of network, servers and applications environments,
- ITIL v3 Foundation certified is a plus,
- very good English skills (written and spoken),
- pro-active behavior, take initiatives to improve daily work,
- willingness to travel internationally,
- ready to shift work.
