IT Specialist - Middleware Platforms Engineer

Job description:
- Assisting and strengthening the Infrastructure Team in the area of delivering Middleware platform operability and availability
- Supporting the IT Infrastructure solutions (in Middleware platforms area)
- Ensuring all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements
- Carrying out platform maintenance activities focused on mastering non-functional requirements fulfillment for platforms and Business Applications in scope
- Analyzing and providing timely solutions to any surfacing issues in the Middleware Infrastructure
- Keeping Middleware Infrastructure architecture documentation up-to-date
- Putting systems in scope under monitoring processes, strong focus on mastering monitoring automation
- Cooperating with other teammates and teams
Requirements:
- Must have experience in Middleware Platform administration in at least one of MS BizTalk, Oracle SOA
- Suite, Fuse/Camel/ServiceMix or equivalent technologies
- Knowledge of Software Lifecycle; Change Management, Handover to Production in particular
- Practical knowledge and experience in ITIL-compliant support structures
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Knowledge or keen interest in acquiring experience in Infrastructure/Platform in the Cloud (IaaS, PaaS) setup
- Demonstrated ability with problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong interpersonal skills that drive collaboration and promote a productive and creative work environment
- A minimum of two years verified experience
- Excellent communication skills (spoken/written English) are a must, as well as strong interpersonal skills
