Business Process Analyst (IT Specialist)
Location: Poznań
Job type: Contract B2B (6-8 months with willingness to extension)
Job Purpose and Key Responsibilities:
This IT Specialist, Business Process Analyst (BPA) role within the GES Self Service Solutions department will be responsible for driving Self-Service approach across multiple global functions. As such, this role will work with services to understand their business processes, identifying those customer interactions where further leveraging Self-Service capabilities can improve the process from both an efficiency and customer satisfaction standpoint. These customer engagements will occur both in daily operational reviews and consultations, as well as through larger scale improvement projects. To assist services with this optimization, the BPA will require the ability to work in partnership with the customer to understand and document targeted business process, analyze the data resulting from these processes and utilize Self-Service best practices and standards in the aim of developing optimized strategy. They will then work with the service to execute this strategy, evaluating its effectiveness and fine-tuning as needed. Successful candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, along with experience in performing detailed process analysis.
- Interpretation and understanding service business process to implement self-service solutions
- Assisting services with the implementation of improvements
- Collecting and managing feedbacks on process performance
- Promoting and utilization of self-service standards and collaborative tools within services
- Designing and facilitating workshops for Self-Service solutions to be implemented within the company
- Working as part of the team to improve internal processes
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelors of Science degree
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel
- Experience in providing clear communications
- English- fluent in speaking and writing
- Demonstrated experience in analyzing business processes using data; identification od problem areas and optimization of opportunities.
