What will you do in 3Shape:
- Design and build processes across the IT organization in co-operation with other teams and stakeholders
- Documenting changes in operational procedures and processes.
- Continuous improvement of the IT documentation and processes as a response to incidents and audits reports
- Providing IT Service Management (ITSM) process support: request, incident, problem, change, asset and configuration
- Ensure process compliance in the IT Operations team through supervision and review.
- Yow will be responsible for handling internal and external audits in the IT Operations team.
- Lead own projects as well as participate in projects with focus on process design and improvement.
- Monitoring and reporting of IT compliance to relevant managers and pro-active co-operation in terms of solving procedural problems.
- Working with a variety of business and technical teams to enhance service
We are looking for a person who has:
- + 5 years’ experience from IT, preferably IT Operations team.
- Previous experience with ITIL framework (ITIL certificate would be an asset)
- Knowledge of and experience in designing, documenting, monitoring, and improving IT processes.
- IT knowledge allowing to work fluently with IT professionals and to understand the IT processes being followed by 1st line of support, IT Infrastructure and Cloud teams
- Project management skills that enable you to lead activities of medium complexity
- Fluent in English, as you will work closely with colleagues around the world and with the headquarter in Copenhagen
- ISO 27001 knowledge would be a benefit
