For our partner, a global investment bank, we are looking for an IT Service Manager.

As our employees’ and candidates’ health is our top priority, we are currently conducting only online interviews and our employees are working mostly from home as a temporary solution. We will be returning to the office at some point though (3 days in office, 2 days from home).
- Involvement in incident management/problem management/change management processes on Infrastructure behalf
- Coordination of high risk incidents investigation, escalation focal point of contact for our team, both internal and external (other teams/vendors)
- Alignment on global ICT processes with Transformation Office, constantly improving and adapting our internal processes
- Improving our relationship with other TECH teams and vendors, coordinating service fulfillment and SLA tracking
- Reporting of ICT processes for MIB Infrastructure team to senior managers, global ICT teams etc.
- Solid IT experience in the area of operating systems, databases, servers
- ITIL certification would be an asset
- Experience working with ICT Processes (Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management etc)
- Experience in cooperating with other IT teams and external vendors/partners
- Great Communication skills
- Background in financial institution would be an asset
- Fluency in English
- Valid PL work permit
