IT Service Level Manager

Location: Cracow
Responsibilities:
- Interfacing with key client stakeholders and take end-to-end responsibility for a transition/service contract
- Building and leveraging on long term relation with the client
- Ensuring that all the targeted KPIs and SLAs are met in line with the client’s expectations as well as the contract
- Working closely with our Program Manager and Partner
- Ensuring optimization of IT service processes and structures to increase their effectiveness and efficiency. Moreover driving the continual service improvement process by developing methods, tools, knowledge and accelerators based on ITIL framework
- Cooperating with our global service delivery and transition centers of excellence.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree preferably in area of IT technologies
- 3+ years of profound work experience in a large multinational environment,
- Solid working knowledge and experience with ITIL (certifications would be an advantage)
- Broad technical knowledge of technologies used in service delivery
- Willingness to travel across Europe
- Excellent command of both English and Polish
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication style
