For our Warsaw office, we’re currently looking for:
IT Service Desk Specialist with Spanish
Miejsce pracy: Warszawa
Goal: to provide support and technical advice to Stanley Black&Decker end users globally. Our Spanish IT Helpdesk team works in a 3 shift system (10-18,14-22,16-24) Monday till Friday.
Internal job title is IT Operations Associate or IT Operations Analyst depending on the candidate's experience.
Responsibilities:
- Remote technical support of internal end-users (according to procedures)
- Contact by phone, in Spanish and in English
- Work in a call center environment, in a shift-system
Requirements:
- Experience in an IT Helpdesk environment
- Fluent Spanish & fluent English
- Experience with administering Windows (10) and MS Office
- Practical knowledge of Active Directory, MS Exchange, (knowledge of SCCM is a plus)
- Knowledge of LAN / WAN Technologies, experience with TCP / IP
- Willingness to learn new technologies
