IT Service Desk Analyst
Location: Wrocław

Responsibilities
- Provide 1st line IT support
- Perform assessment, triage, research and resolution of basic incidents and requests
- Customer support via telephone and e-mail
- Registration of problems in the database
- Monitoring of applications
- Closing solved applications in the system
- Cooperation with the 2nd and 3rd support lines
Requirements
- Basic knowledge in the IT field
- Experience in Helpdesk/Service Desk or Customer Service will be an asset
- Very good command of English language (level C1)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and telephone manner
- Ability to build strong relationships
