Your responsibilities
- Assuring that operations of supported service is delivered in accordance with the SLA and contractual requirements
- Taking responsibility for the integrity of the services
- Initiating and coordinating delivery of Service Improvement Plans
- Alignment of business demand with IT Service provisioning
- Monitoring and reporting Service Level
- Initiating & coordinating infrastructure projects and changes
- Taking over crisis management on demand
- Process optimization through proactive identification of possibilities and potentials of the solutions used changes
- Carrying out feasibility and cost analyses
- Accurately forecasting and managing budget in her/his area of responsibility
- Managing vendors and services delivered by them
