JCommerce is growing dynamically and – to support our customers better – we are looking for IT Service Coordinator to join our company, build and lead new team.
- receiving, prioritizing and assigning tasks to the people,
- monitoring task execution,
- is responsible for service organization
- can be involved in business or technical analysis,
- is responsible for the proper ticket maintenance and reporting from required systems (HPSM, Jira, ALM, etc.),
- manages service capacity, availability and continuity,Is responsible for the proper ticket maintenance and reporting from required systems (HPSM, Jira, ALM, etc.),
- manages knowledge of the service (knowledge transfers, knowledge bases maintained on client’s servers),
- participates in regular service improvements meetings with Customer,
- proactive approach towards the managed area,
- responsible for the quality of presented reports,
- responsible for service improvement and optimization,
- taking the role of Problem Coordinator, Major Incident Manager if such problems occur in the service,
- extending the service size,
- technical recruitment of new candidates for service,
- preparation of soft and technical skills overview of candidates,
- responsible for execution of all mandatory trainings of service members.
- at least 2 years working experience as an Service Coordinator or Incident Manager,
- very good understanding of the BI matters,
- experience with Business Intelligence tools,
- fluent English,
- strong communication to reach any level of both customer and JCommerce organization,
- ability to manage various competing priorities and tasks,
- flexibility to adapt to quickly changing requirements, schedules and priorities,
- self-reliance and creativity in finding solutions and achieving goals,
- proven practical knowledge of ITIL (certificate is a plus) and track record of similar work,
- ability to work with customers located in different timezones, languages and cultures,
- knowledge of Jira and/or other service tools,
- bachelors’ or masters’ degree, preferably IT or Management, Economics area will be an asset.
