You will manage the server infrastructure in a production and office environment and take part in the implementation of computerized systems in compliance with GMP process.
- Creation and Implementation of development strategies
- Comprehensive care of the on-premise server environment
- Providing 2nd and 3rd tier support
- Coordination and supervision on projects related to GMP environment
- Integration of on-premises environments with cloud environments
- Management of virtual environments
- Excellent knowledge of Infrastructure (Vmware, Active Directory, Windows Server, SCCM)
- Citrix environment knowledge is nice to have
- Understanding of Office 365, Azure
- Experience working with ITSM (Service Now preferably)
- Strong communications and analytical skills
- Project management skills is not required but would be an asset
