Zadania:
The person on this position will participate in all Software DevelopmentLife Cycle including: analyzing business requirements and translating them intotechnical requirements, determining project scope and costs, defining projecttimeliness and performing system testing.
Main tasks:
- Coordination and verification of development. Ensure the high quality of services by checking that technology standards are followed and deadlines are met
- Participate in the implementation of complex software application within the DDP environment
- Monitor of existing solutions and implementation the better ones, explore technical solutions that are scalable and reproducible
- Develop application using Customer Communication Management software
- Collaboration with business partners
- Provide guidance on project tasks, timelines and constraints, cost analysis
- Work with FTT to test system/platform changes that can affect the development or production environments
- Coordinate software upgrades by working with all required parties
- Mentor and train Document Automation Analyst within the team to foster teamwork
- Minimum 5 years professional experience in implementing technologically advanced solutions for financial sectors (Full Software Development Life Cycle)
- Minimum 3 years experience with Content Communications Management (CCM) technologies
- Experienced with document data group function
- Knowledge of mutual fund industry and specifically investment vehicles
- Experience in analyzing complex applications and deciphering existing code
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications – Exel and Access and
- Experienced in work with HPExstream tool or Visul Basic
- Good knowledge about SQL
- Strong communicational skills and ability to direct and provide guidance
- Experience with system automation, system development, workflow design analysis and data analysis
- Strong management skills (Project management, team management)
- Fluency in English
