- A Bachelor in Computer Science or similar
- At least 8 years of experience in IT required
- At least 5 years of experience in IT Security required
- Good English written/verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of security concepts and standards required
- Demonstrated solid understanding of IT Security and networking required (Firewalls, VPN, IPS). Good knowledge in Windows (Linux skills are of advantage) and Security Products (IPS/IDS, SIEM, Honeypot, PIM)
- Good knowledge of networking and cryptography topics required
- Good understanding of vulnerability management, penetration test and risk assessment required
- Knowledge in the area of at least one of the leading cloud providers will be an advantage (Azure, GCP, AWS)
- Quick learner and interest in new technologies
- Certifications in Security will be an advantage
- Good presentation skills to provide clear and supportive information to non-technical audience
- Ability to work autonomously and to lead tasks assigned from the beginning to the end
- Being able to work with many tasks at the same time
- Good team skills, open for other cultures and ready to travel
As an IT Security Expert you will be responsible for defining, creating and developing IT security landscape in GFT Group. You will be leading and supporting Group IT units in implementing security requirements and stakeholders in any affair concerning IT Security topics. You will participate in architectural reviews of IT products and provide guidance to projects how to fulfil requirements from Information Security, Data Protection and IT Security site. You will be responsible for managing security assessments, supporting vulnerability management, supporting patch management and you have to keep updated on the latest security threats and technologies. You will be also responsible for maintaining security monitoring tools and investigating suspicious and potentially malicious activity within the networks and systems and respond to them.
- Support stakeholders in any affair concerning IT Security topics, like policy/configuration checks and design of architecture and minimum safeguards etc.
- Support Group IT units in implementing security requirements by researching and defining good security practices
- Coordinate with external providers on security requirements, vulnerabilities and appropriate solutions
- Conduct risk, network, vulnerability, pen test and security assessments
- Search for latest security threats, analyse current situation and provide feedback about the risk. Provide the solutions or workarounds to mitigate this risk
- Contribute to development of IT Security standards
- Investigating suspicious and potentially malicious activity within the networks and systems and remediate them
