Location: Piła
As the IT SAP ARIBA Administrator you will be a part of the Procurement Shared Services Center (PSSC) based in Łódź. You will be responsible for administration, maintenance and improvement of the SAP ARIBA tool. As the proficient user of databases, SharePoint, SAP and Excel you will suggest, plan and implement the changes in the system as well as build the analytic tools. Your tasks will include catalogues management (adding, updating, removing), creating, changing and removing of the forms as a well as organizing and creating of the tiles. You will manage the user rights and configure all the parameters of the interface and functionality. During your work you will have an opportunity to work with the international stakeholders from the IT and procurement departments.
In this role, you have the opportunity to
- Dealing with service scope changes /amendments
- Identifies and participating (supporting) in procurement /improvement projects /initiatives
- Leads projects within and outside PSSC scope
- Monitors performance of the system, quality of the process and initiate changes to improve things
- Provides system maintenance and updates
- Solves escalations and complex issues related to area of operations
You are responsible for
- Actively support Philips projects/central initiatives
- Support Global team in Process improvements, working database base creation, analytics
- Building solution to improve day-to-day work
- Support in the development of forms, procedures and work instructions
- Managing the catalogues in the SAP ARIBA system
- Creation, changes and rights assignment of the forms
- Management of the tile structure in SAP ARIBA system
- Management of access rights and lists of users and suppliers
- Master Data management
- Configuration and changes to templates, interface and functionality
- Perform systems maintenance and updates (including data entry in SAP and SharePoint)
- Work directly with internal stakeholders to ensure data requests are complete and comply with standards

- Bachelor degree (as a minimum)
- Fluent English (additional language may be required)

- Advanced knowledge on programs and systems, e.g. (Microsoft SharePoint)
- Advanced user of Excel, Access, SQL and OneDrive Environment
- Database administration, reporting and management experience
- Self-driven and pro-active, able to work independently in virtual environment
- Target oriented personality with strong focus on quality
