For our client we are currently looking for a person to hold a position of IT Recruiter (Gdańsk).

Person on this position will be responsible for the recruitment processes in the area of IT. This person will be expected to research the IT market and develop candidate database. Daily tasks will include meeting the candidates and guiding them through the recruitment from the first contact up to the onboarding process.

The perfect Candidate for this position should have experience in similar position in IT area. It is essential to speak fluent English and have proficiency in using MS Office programmes and in researching the Internet. Such qualities as communicative skills, quick learning skills and creativity are indispensable tools of an IT recruiter. Knowledge of IT market would be an asset.
