Welcome to the IT Change and Release Management team. We add value by developing highly innovated and automated solutions for our changes and releases towards a lowtouch no touch vision. While we are ensuring our development and operational teams are equipped with all the best practices and tooling needed to maintain best-in-class services for our customers. As a Release Engineering Driver you’ll play a valuable role in in the securing and managing development of the core tools of Change and Release in Nordea. The job offers an exciting mix of challenges, where different areas of knowledge and skills are needed: strong experience in Stakeholdee Management, ability to digest and understand business processes, a good sense of governance and excellent communication skills. You will join a highly professional DEV team with a large network across the bank and with excellent opportunities for personal and professional development. In this team you will work with strategic as well as operational hands on tasks.
What you’ll be doing:
- Driving Core Release Engineering Product Development (including but not limited to ITSM tool) – supporting Team of developers by identifying, contacting and establishing relationships with key stakeholders
- Working with the team to define a release and launch plan
- Assisting the self-organizing, self-managing team to achieve its goals
- Providing transparency - clear and accurate metrics on iteration reports
- Tracking iteration progress, manage blockers to ensure iteration goals are met
- Follow-up on deliverables towards internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting a team of developers with communication, promotion and networking
- Engaging with stakeholders and managing internal/external relationships
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to bring new requirements to Release Engineering Road-Map for moving towards most efficient and necessary solutions
- Ensure the deliveries are aligned with processes objectives
- Administrating technical documentation of driven projects (Confluence, Jira)

Your experience and background:
- Previous involvement in Change or Release Management activities
- Very strong people and stakeholder management skills
- 2 years’ experience working in large enterprise companies
- Experience in driving, managing, leading individual projects related to developing technical solutions
- Good understanding of ITIL and SAFe methodologies
- Experience working with ITSM tools in practice (in particular BMC Remedy/HELIX)
- Fluent in Atlasian products: Confluence and Jira
- Fluency in written and spoken English
