The IT Operations Manager will be managing part of the Hosting Services Delivery Team. The team consists of highly skilled members who ensure the successful delivery of best-in-class highly secure hosting services to the client’s costumers.
Your primary responsibilities:
As a lead of this team you will be responsible for implementing and following standard operating processes. Additionally, you will deliver IT services per Service Level Agreements (SLA) to meet customer expectations, helping drive successful overall service delivery. You may also be tasked with performing/managing special DC infrastructure projects, contributing to process development. You will represent IT Operations during technical escalations occurring in your respective datacenters.

- Staff management including hiring.
- Resource planning due to the 24/7/365 IT Service operation.
- Task Force Management.
- Planning and monitoring managed tasks such as: remote backup control & patching, critical events.
- Service reporting.
- Build and maintain service improvement plans.
- Design and maintain of operational processes.
Professional qualifications:
- More than 8 years’ experience in IT operational services.
- Experience in project management involving Data Centers.
- Strong sense of leadership.
- Fast and effective problem-solving abilities.
- Certified in ITIL V3.0.
- Good understanding of CSI.
- Technological knowledge of shared infrastructure and cloud environment.
- Excellent English skills.

- Great communications skills oral and in writing.
- Analytic and structural mindset.
