Job Description:
- Establish a comprehensive understanding of the security state for all servers that host IAM solutions
- Perform standard audits to ensure all servers are continuously protected by standard security tools
- Assess standard security and compliance reports. Develop and execute plans to address these discrepancies with other internal Accenture support teams
- Assist with internal and external security audits
- Perform standard audits and maintain communication with vendors to ensure third party software versions are current
- Create and maintain all supporting processes, procedures and supporting documentation
- Participates in preventive maintenance and ensure services levels are delivered to meet customer business needs and expectations
- Assist with change management and problem management tasks
- Performs L2 Operations support of Windows 2008/2012 Active Directory and related Identity and Access Management technologies via Incident Management when required
- Ad hoc weekend on-call support maybe occasionally required
- Develops and maintains product knowledge, business and professional skills by participating in on-the-job and other training courses
- Bachelor degree in IT or related technical subject
- Active Directory or Windows Server 2008/2012 experience (1-2yrs +) on production systems
- Excellent Microsoft Office Skills (2yrs +)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience within the customer service area (preferably a multinational organization)
- A highly dependable person with excellent organization skills, strong follow up and drive capabilities
- Excellent level of English, both written and spoken
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Attitude to learn new technologies quickly
- The ability to use your knowledge of foreign language on a daily basis at work (we serve our Clients in almost 30 foreign languages)
- Experience with a range of Clients and technology solutions which provides professional relevance
