The Commercial area covers all organizational elements of the Commercial business such as eCom, Retail Execution Systems, Trade Promotions and many other solutions. You will join IT Solution with 200+ other colleagues located in Denmark, Sweden, Poland and the UK.
About the job
You will join our Commercial release train consisting of 5-10 scrum teams as an IT manager.
You will work very closely together with the RTM and especially the RTE.
Also you will:
- Drive the maturation of new Epics and manage the pipeline of new Epics and solutions,
- Report and inform, participate in cross-train leadership meetings,
- Manage external vendors that are an integrated part of our scrum teams,
- Manage dependencies to other trains within Arla IT,
- Be a people manager,
- Drive the team in building new IT solutions and new ways of working in the business,
- Do forecasting and controlling of financials,
- Do agile coaching of team members and in general ensure the agile culture and mindset are driving the way we work and deliver value.
Who are you?
You are an experienced project manager or scrum master that are ready to take the next step and join a highly agile release train building the future of Arla. You have previous experience in a similar role and you have a proven track record of succeeding in being in charge of agile delivery organizations. As we are working agile not only on a team level but also on a program level, you need to have experience with the agile culture and mindset. You are a team player with excellent communication skills (also in English) and cooperation skills. You manage your stakeholders, and have people management skills and a personal drive to succeed – together with others.
