IT Manager
Miejsce pracy: Warszawa
Zadania:
As a IT Manager you will responsible for:
- Design and implementation of IT strategy for Hub East (which consists of 7 countries and few hundred users) which is aligned with the business strategy
- Collaboration with other European regions, participating in international IT projects and seeking synergy and leveraging on common IT platform
- Optimization and centralization of IT organizational structure, and tailoring it to meet business size and complexity;
- Standardization of IT systems and processes;
- Ensuring IT systems and processes meet latest security standards and audit requirements.
- Managing IT local country teams.
- Managing daily operations of IT department. This includes Help Desk, relationship with cloud providers, internal and external auditors, maintaining network infrastructure and application development.
- Accountable for all IT services and projects, end to end, delivered within the UGI East Region
- Internal consultant to the business for continuous business process improvement and exploitation of the IT investment
- Effective relationship management with the business across all the functions – the single point of contact for all IT initiatives within the Region
- Act as a “Trusted Advisor” of the Regional business and act as “Voice of the customer”
Wymagania:
- Have proven track record of managing teams of 10+ people. This includes defining job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising individuals’ results. And also coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees if needed.
- Possess high organizational skills: demonstrate ability to manage complex, multi-threading agenda, meeting various stakeholders’ needs and expectations;
- Be English literate, both in written and spoken language. German language would be additional asset;
- Some travel will be required;
- Have hands-on approach;
- Manage IT budget and understand basics of accounting;
- Have experience in management of change: be able to demonstrate experience in recruiting and building teams;
- Capable of managing vendors and other technology partners;
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
- Ability to communicate effectively with management, internal customers and team.
- Must be self-motivated and passionate about continuous improvement;
- Ability to learn quickly and meet high expectations;
- Be customer focused with excellent follow through on commitments;
