We are searching for an experienced leader for the position of IT Manager Plant Operations. On this newly created position you will report to Group IT Manager and you will play a leading role in IT project activities and routine system maintenance as well. Manager will be responsible for overall functions of the information systems in the 4 Lear businesses located in Tychy (~3000 employees).

- Lead, motivate and develop the team of 6 IT Specialists - coach and evaluate performance to reach individual targets (including SLAs) and follow up performance, sharing the knowledge
- Manage all local IT systems, infrastructure, services in the plants to guarantee smooth running of information systems, its continuity, compliance and security of data
- Manage IT HELPDESK ( IVANTI )
- Monitor local systems and IT infrastructure on a regular basis
- Create, administer and execute disaster recovery plans that will keep the company functional in the case of a disaster
- Plan, organize and execute plant IT projects and supporting new launches
- Perform saving and optimization on the IT costs / performance and define IT local budget
- Be the central point of contact for Key Users and Managers
- Ensure compliment with all applicable Country legislation requirements and all company’s policies, in particular the ITPM, SOX and ISO/TS
- Minimum 3 years’ experience on the similar, managerial position in a matrix manufacturing environment
- Proven track record in team management
- Higher education, preferably in computer science
- Profound knowledge and hands on experience in plant and IT management processes
- Practical knowledge in Intel servers, bar code printers and scanners
- Skills in MS Windows Servers and MS SQL Servers
- Proficiency in networking: LAN, WiFi and WAN
- Fluency in English and Polish
- Outstanding communication skills coupled with strong customer focus and ability to work with all levels of the organization
- Excellent and proven organization skills with the ability to prioritize conflicting demands combined with the ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight timescales
