We are currently seeking exceptional candidate to join our company as:
IT Manager - Command Center
Miejsce pracy: Warszawa
Duties:
- Oversee day to day Computer Operations and lead the activities associated with maintaining and improving overall performance via Production Control, and Change Management.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures that would improve department service levels, and increase efficiency and production capacity.
- Liaise with executive management to define organizational goals and strategic plans for the Command Center department.
- Manage primary escalation point for all issues including but not limited to job failures in job scheduling, physical data center issues, EVO Frontend/Backend and network related issues.
- Manage the Network Monitoring Solution, and schedule jobs in the Tivoli System Automation as needed.
- Oversee and implement software releases, and oversee the daily Frontend/Backend Batch processing, and related file transfers.
- Ensure file transmissions for the Frontend and Backend meet their SLA and escalate as is appropriate.
- Work closely with EVO's processing vendors and account representatives to ensure required service levels are met.
- Manage changing priorities and communicate with business partners on critical service issues.
- Manage staff within the team by assigning and scheduling work, training and mentoring staff, reviewing of work assignments and developing performance expectations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience plus a minimum of 10+ years of Computer Operations working experience in related industry.
- Minimum of 5 years of management and leadership experience.
- Extensive knowledge with comprehensive understanding of related hardware, software, and concepts, techniques and practices of computer operations.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Polish.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Strong attention to accuracy and detail in processing information.
- Ability to establish priorities, work collaboratively, and meet objectives.
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills are a must.
