Capgemini Infrastructure Services is one of the biggest outsourcing service providers in Poland. As a member of Eastern Europe Infrastructure Solutioning Team, which is part of the Global Solutioning and Service Architecture team, you will be responsible for service architecture, solution creation of sales support and service offering strategy. As a solution architect you are responsible for solution crafting in assigned focus areas. You will collaborate with Account Team, Sales leads and Bid Managers and you will provide specialist expertise within the sales team.
- To provide input into the sales cycle, from pre-sales engagement, through solutioning, Sign-on / Sign-off,
- Costing and pricing
- Contract schedule preparation and negotiation
- Proposal writing
- Internal and external presentation,
- Build of Cost Models and Requirement Management
- Solution crafting to fit in with the corporate strategy, Risk Evaluation, Commercial relationship,
- Maintain client contacts with general managers and IT VP and Director levels
- Ownership of and co-ordinate for the total solution, cost modeling and pricing strategy
- Determinate client scope and is client facing SPOC for solution, e.g. dialogs, presentations
- Define solution including business case, delivery strategy, HR approach, value proposition, Transition and 3rd party vendors
- Set and lead direction for solution and challenges of the corporate Business Unit deliverables, incl. technical solution components, service design, delivery model, projects, governance and pricing
- Partner selection and SOW in close co-operation with procurement
- Monitor solution consistency, business case, conditions, risks and mitigations, assumptions and issues
- Provide input into Deal Review Management process as required
- Mitigate / Minimize delivery risk on system implementation projects by determining the most appropriate delivery approach and by defining comprehensive proposal assumptions
- Be responsible for solution buy-in from both internal and external point of views.
- 3 years experience in the solution design field
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Mobility and readiness to travel on very short notice (within the EU and Rest of the World)
- Ability to demonstrate a broad understanding of outsourcing delivery for ITO or BPO services
- Knowledge of the different aspects of the delivery organization as well as global ITO or BPO business;
- ITIL certificate will be an asset
- Excellent interpersonal skills and be confident presenting
- Knowledge of cost modeling/cost presentation
- Understanding ROI , NPV and basic financial pricing mechanisms
- Knowledge of pricing / costing principles on the global marketplace
