Requirements:
- Very good German and English language (verbal and written),
- Ability to work in a team,
- Excellent communication skills, setting priorities and solving problems,
- Basic knowledge of Windows (XP, 7) and MSOffice,
- Experience in customer service will be a plus (employer offers training),
Main duties:
- Provide support for basic IT issues for foreign customers,
- Analyzing and solving problems by remote access, email or phone contact,
- Accepting enquiries and reporting records in the system,
- Contact with the IT team - sending the complex problems,
