IT Helpdesk with English
Basic Purpose
Provides technical support to employees.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Handling Helpdesk requests - support users on current technical incidents (local and remote)
- Categorizing and resolving First Level Support requests regarding software and hardware
- Escalation to 2nd / 3rd Level support
- Production and maintenance of documentation
- Preparing computers and other hardware
- Creation and maintenance of helpdesk knowledge base
- Maintenance of helpdesk portal
Education, Knowledge and Skills
- Education – strong, academic knowledge of IT.
- Analytical and systematic problem solving skills required.
- Knowledge of English – fluent.
- Help desk, customer service or support experience - at least 1 year.
