IT Helpdesk Specialist
Location: Warszawa
Job description
- configuration of hardware and IT equipment for Company employees
- resolution of users’ issues and technical support
- co-operation with other members of the IT department to sort out new solutions and improve processes
- other ad hoc tasks related to everyday work of the IT department
Requirements
- a few months of proffesional experience gained within IT area
- knowledge of: Windows Client, Linux Client, MacOS Client, TCP/IP networks, mobile device OSes, electronical hardware handling
- advanced verbal and written English
- availability for shift work
