Job Description:
You will be involved in a wide European Information System implementation program (Synergy Program) based on Oracle CRM On Demand, Lawson ERP and Oracle Hyperion market solutions. In a first phase, you will be in charge of upgrading, managing and supporting the Polish current legacy system, after an induction/initial training in France.
In a second phase, you will be the "Synergy Program Poland Coordinator" managing all the relationship between Polish Management/Key Users and Synergy Program dedicated teams (business requirements, testing, data preparation and cleansing, local trainings, post-go live support, reporting...). You will report to Poland CEO, based in Warsaw, and to Synergy Program Manager, based in Paris, France. Your job will require European travel, mainly to France and the United Kingdom.
Wymagania
Qualification and skills:
- IT qualifications : MS-Office suite, RDBMS, Essbase, MS Access queries, reporting tools (crystal reports...), LAN/PCs/Printers/Internet security...
- Knowledge of accounting and business processes, rules...
- Fluent English (a must)
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lead change
- Ability to motivate the others
