We are looking for IT Business Partner, who will join one of our' Client Shared Service Center in Wroclaw.
As IT Business Partner you will engage to strong strategic partnership with leadership and organization of the Shared Service Center located in Wroclaw. You will undesrand business strategies and needs and translate those with IT impact into an IT portfolio of actionable projects aligned with IT strategies.
The IT Business Partner manages the portfolio and is accountable for the benefit realization of the related projects.
As IT Business Partner you wll have an ultimate responsibility for E2E experience of the shared service center in Wroclaw with IT and drives business productivity through Information Technologies.
- Builds and maintains excellent relations with stakeholders in the Shared Service Center organization; understands stakeholders benefit expectation towards IT
- Is established as entry point into the IT organization
- Is ambassador of IT strategies within the Shared Service organization
- Communicates any matter that may be of interest for the Shared Service Center and vice versa
- Has a deep understanding of the business vision, strategies, key objectives and processes
- Is perceived as innovative solution partner
- Has a good understanding of external market evolutions, technology trends
- Anticipates proactively and influences future needs of Wroclaw Shared Service Center
- Has a sufficient deep functional understand of current BD systems and how they are used
- Is facilitating meetings and asking the right questions to be able to assess implications of strategies on organization, process and technology.
- Assists as an expert in the field of project portfolio management and project management
- Identify opportunities for the Shared Service Center to support vision, key objectives and strategies; Align accordingly with shared service leadership.
- Acts as first point of entry for intake of projects and change requests
- Is applying standard IT processes to manage the request from intake, feasibility assessment with business as well within IT till prioritization, leveraging existing solutions and proposing alternatives.
- Ensures that the portfolio is aligned with IT strategy through architectural reviews
- Defines a 3-year-roadmap of enabling IT initiatives supporting business vision, strategies and key objectives
- Translates the roadmap into a 1 year action plan and defines in collaboration with the stakeholders the business case, priority, scope, capacity requirements, timing and funds of each IT initiative
- Ensures alignment of resource and time line within IT and the shared Service Center .
- Works together with the shared service center and IT to ensure the prioritized projects are sufficiently resourced from a business as well as IT perspective
- Ensure stakeholder engagement throughout the project and benefit realization.
- Is accountable for the delivery of projects in the portfolio within the agreed scope, time, budget and in compliance to regulations, IT operating model and steering committee decisions of which the IT Partner can be part of.
- Is supporting/steering the shared service center to apply required change management.
- Monitors progress and communication of status and release.
- Is the point of escalation towards IT and the shared service center leadership in case projects of the portfolio are running out of time, budget and scope.
- Is accountable to provide the right metric to measure benefit realization of the related projects and to measure user adoption to the provided solution and defined processes.
- Initiate continuous improvement or respond to continuous improvement ideas of the Shared Service Center in Wroclaw
- Ensures escalation of IT operational problems that may affect the Shared Service
- Ensures escalation of problems within Shared service center user communities which are not addressed adequately in IT
- Ensures user adoption of the implemented solutions by establishing a network of business representatives, which prioritizes and tracks the usage and improvement of the solutions implemented.
- Has a good understanding through surveys or direct feedback how IT solutions as Applications, Services, Hardware etc. are perceived in the Shared Service Center
- Has a bachelor degree or equivalent through experience
- Knows and is able to apply structured Portfolio management and Project management methodologies
- Has 4 years of experience in an IT position or in a position with a leading role in systems implementation
- Has experience in process modelling
- Has functional skills / experience within Shared services, transactional processes within HR, procurement or services
- Has communication skills across multiple levels, functions, and cultures
- Speaks fluent English
- Experience with 6sigma
- Possesses the ability to translate user requirements into functional requirements
- Has a strong innovation-oriented mindset
- Has a healthy interest and sufficiently deep understanding in technology solution components.
