Your role

We need a business analyst with a technology process driven mindset, who understand the value of microservices and the technologies that drive a modern technology environment. This role will understand, partner and create new demand for our services in addition to working with engineers to creat the underlying technology in a fast paced environment.
Your team
The Cross Platform Services team is a global team that manages multiple technical disciplines like ITAM, ITSM, Monitoring, JobScheduling, Logging and BPM. Our organizational goal is to create services and solve problems that cross applicatoins and infrastructure and manage our techical environment. Partnering with Application, Infrastructure, Security and Business is the crossroads of where we do our engineering. The Cross Platform Services team is critically placed to be enable and inform our enterprise to operate as a coehsive unit.
The team you will be driving demand for will be accountable for executing the centralized functions of Job Scheduling, Microservices and Content Management across the enterprise.

You are:
- A driven, self-motivated leader that will be capable of building partnerships with technical and business teams
- Have experience in product technoologies for Job Scheduling, process management and content management in larger enterprises and their application to the delivery of the an enterprise technology strategy.
- Comfortable operating between multiple technical concepts without being expert in all of them
- Have a clear understanding of service strategy and partner management
- Hold yourself accountable for you, your team and the firm's success
- A university degree for business or computer science
- Collaboration skills to close gaps between business issues and technical issues
- Fundamental understanding of self service technology for large enterprises.
- Experience working in larger global organizations that have a demanding workload
- A background in infrastructure and application analysis of 10+ years.
- Deep experience in business analysis and understanding a demand driven philoshpy for service change.
- A customer first focus
- A detailed understanding of SDLC process
