The company Plukon Sieradz Sp. z o.o. lookingIT Application Manager, whose work involves, among others providing technical support, solving technical problems related to internet applications.
- supervising and maintaining the application in the company
- maintaining stable and good relationship with IT users and analyzing their needs
- analyzing and documenting business processes
- troubleshooting problems with the applications by analyzing and solving 2ᵉline service desk calls
- organizing and conducting training for end –users
- assist application suppliers by the implementation and upgrading of business applications
- assist with the creation of Requests for Change (RFC’s) for upgrades and renewal of business applications
- being a member of the Plukon Food Group IT stand-by team

- having a University Degree in Information Technology (IT) or Business Management/ Economics (combined with It related areas of interest)

- has experience with ERP systems, BI (Qlikview and QlikSens), EDI, Logical and/ or Production automation
