IT Analyst with Dutch (1st line support)

Responsibilities:
- Providing first line support for workstations, servers, application software and hardware
- Diagnosing and resolving issues related to user account management, verification of accounts, MS Office and Windows
- Handling end users queries in Dutch via phone, chat, ticketing system ServiceNow (SNOW)
- Supporting members of your team on a daily basis
Requirements:
- Very good knowledge of Dutch (C1) and English (C1)
- Previous experience in customer service or IT area would be an advantage
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Good team player
- Good communication and problem solving skills
