Welcome to the FX Systems & Derivatives team. We add value by making sure our trading and risk applications are available to the end users and satisfy the markets ever-changing demands. As an IT Analyst you’ll play a valuable role in day-to-day operations as well as ongoing improvement efforts together with the developers and the product owner.
What you’ll be doing:
- Day-to-day support of production environment: helping users on the trading desk, reacting to monitoring alerts, resolving technical incidents.
- Automating repetitive work, improving monitoring, streamlining release process.
- Cooperating with the development team and the product owner on a daily basis to continuously improve the service we provide to the business
- Taking part in IT projects and activities required to keep our applications compliant

Your experience and background:
- Experience in second-line application support
- Fluent English
- Knowledge of containers and container orchestration
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools
- Experience with monitoring applications
- Scripting/autimation (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
